Sean Shabbar is a litigator and trial attorney who founded Shabbar Law to help injured people and those facing difficult work issues. Prior to starting Shabbar Law, Sean worked at prominent defense firms in San Francisco where he represented companies and organizations in all stages of litigation.
Sean graduated from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 2017 with honors. During law school, Sean clerked for a prominent personal injury law firm in San Francisco and externed for the Honorable Charles R. Breyer. After law school Sean clerked at San Francisco Superior Court where he was initially assigned to the Presiding Judge’s Department under the Honorable Teri L. Jackson and later was appointed as Staff Attorney in the Asbestos/CEQA Department for the Honorable Cynthia Ming-mei Lee. Prior to joining the private sector, Sean worked as a Deputy District Attorney at Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office where he gained significant courtroom and trial experience.
Sean currently lives in Sacramento after spending nearly 15 years in the Bay Area. Sean is a Northern California native. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and kayaking.
